Abstract
Ship agency is a field that takes care of the ship clearance process. With the means of sea transportation or ships. In response to the above, the transportation of the Republic of Indonesia made regulation Number PM 157 of 2015 concerning the implementation of Inaportnet, which is a system-based electronic service system issued by the Directorate General of Sea Transportation. This Port Clearance activity has obstacles when the ship wants to enter the port. These obstacles include. In doing work, it is not uncommon for us to face certain difficulties and obstacles, but we do not rule out the possibility that we can solve them easily. There are several background problems that the author must solve, namely the process of handling clearance, assembled documents and also obstacles and solutions to solve the formulation of the problem. Here the author uses the data collection method that the author uses in this writing is by observation, interviews and library research that the author collects. The results obtained from this paper are to know the process of handling clearance in and clearance out using the Inaportnet system, documents related to the clearance process.
