Abstract
The opening of market opportunities and global trade as well as inter -regional to inter-island demand encourage logistics companies to compete and show their existence. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out the procedure for sending goods in the form of supporting technology from the Ministry of Education and Culture to Halmahera Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative method derived from primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through direct interviews. While secondary data is obtained through laws and government regulations, books, archives, and other sources. The data collection method used by the author is direct observation of activities in the field during Land Practice (PRADA) for approximately 5 months. From the results of the study, the procedure for delivering goods in the form of educational support technology still has several obstacles ranging from accessibility to areas that are difficult to reach, limited manpower and fleet, and limited company skills regarding remote information updates so that delivery is not optimal or time delays occur. From these obstacles, all staff, both document and operational staff, were able to overcome these problems and determine the success of the delivery process and were able to carry out good coordination between lines for the satisfaction of service users and recipients of the goods.
