Abstract

The success of a company which is engaged in the transportation and shipping is seen from good corporate productivity and increasing the company can make better than on Integration-another company (in this research company in the field of marine transportation services ). For companies that are engaged in services, in order to maintain the viability of the company's operations in order to grow is with the smooth performance of employees. Smoothness performence is successful if a company improve leadership, motivation, work dischipline and create a comfortable working environment. The research itself aimed to determine the extent of the impact of leadership (X1), motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3), Work Enviranment (X4) the Employee Performance (Y) PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras Semarang. The formulation of the problem, research objectives and hypothesis in this study is to analyze the positive and significant impact on an individual basis between the independent variables, Leadership, Motivation, Discipline Work and Work Environment on the dependent variable is employee performance. In this study, the object is taken from an employee / employees at PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras Semarang . Sources of data include primary and secondary data. Samples in this study were 120 respondents who are employees / PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras Semarang through simple random sampling or simple random sample . Data analysis technique is the technique of linear regression. Based on the results of research and analysis produced multiple equation: 0,384 + 0,190X1 + 0,196X2 + 0.289X3 + 0,280X4 + . the results of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is a positive influence and partial significant between the leadership of the Employee Performance (t hitung = 2,506> t tabel = 1,980), Motivation on Employee Performance Load ( t = 2,567 > t table = 1.980), Discipline Work the Employee performance ( t = 3,331 > t table = 1.980), Environmental Work Employee performance (t = 3.263 > t table = 1.980. Pengaruhke four research variables are very strong correlation value R = 0.353. This means that the variable Leadership, Motivation, Discipline Work and Work Environment affects 35.3 % against and 64.7% Employee performance is affected by the variables that were not detected in this study .
