Abstract
In this scientific paper that i have made, it is intended to find out the main problem regarding service of vehicles loading on roro car ships by PT. Admiral Lines. In particular, to obtain a more in depth picture of the supporting documents for loading vehicles on board, services provided directly of the procedures established by the company in handling vehicles loading to avoid accidents to the loaded vehicles and stevedooring crew, as well as to find out the obstacles and solutions that have occurred at the time. The loading process, the method used by the author in compiling this paper uses primary data and secondary data. Secondary data was obtained directly by conducting interviews with related parties in loading. While primary data obtained from books, archives, and other sources. The author made direct obsevations in the field to obtain data. From this observations, the writer concludes that PT. Admiral Lines is engaged in handling vehicles loading from document processing to loading vehicles on roro cars. Keywords : Loading, Vehicles, Process, Service
