Abstract
The background of the problem in writing the paper is the TB ship handling process. Indo Pacific 02 & TK. Soekawati 18 using the Inapornet system at PT. Kharismna Indah Lestari at Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang. Internet-based ones currently still have some glitches. The problem of this scientific paper is to know the process of Clearance In and Clearance Out flow on the TB ship. Indo Pacific 02 & TK. Soekawati 18 uses the Inapornet system, related agencies in ship Clearance In and Clearance Out services, obstacles in ship Clearance In and Clearance Out services, calculation of VTS service fees, sign fees, mooring fees, delay fees, anchor fees. The purpose of writing this paper is to know about the procedures regarding the arrival and departure of ships using the Inapornet system at the Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang. It starts before the ship arrives and when the ship departs. In the process of collecting data to show the contents of the written work the author uses several methods. Judging from the source the author uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The conclusion of this paper is that the author gains additional knowledge and insight related to the handling of ship agencies. using the Inapornet system, making it easier to facilitate activities in handling ship arrivals and departures. The result of this research is that with the Inapornet system the Clearance in and Clearance Out processes can be carried out effectively and efficiently and make it easier for agency companies to provide services to the ship.
