Abstract
The activities of loading and unloading of goods are activities that support the smooth transportation from and to ships to a port so that the activities of loading and unloading goods from and to ships have an important position. The geographical condition of Indonesia, which is an archipelagic country, which is much wider than its landmass, is a natural matter for the development and regulation of sea transportation to receive great attention, so as to support the smooth operation of sea transportation, one of which includes loading and unloading of goods. The purpose of this study was to determine the services, documents and tools for unloading bulk goods at PT. Pelindo Tanjung Intan Cilacap Branch. The method used in this research, namely, Observation, Interview and documentation. The results of the study concluded that PT. Pelindo Tanjung Intan Branch, Cilacap, in carrying out bulk loading and unloading activities, has several procedures and documents that must be completed and uses tools to facilitate bulk unloading activities.
