Abstract
Employee performance is the end result of work from the process that has been carried out by an employee in a certain period, using ideas and efforts to achieve the company's work goals. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, Amenities, and work location on the user satisfaction at Dinas Perhubungan Kota Semarang. The population in this study were all employees at the port of the Multipurpose Nusantara Pier (DSN). The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with a type of sampling that is sampling quota. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) software. The results of this study indicate that the variables Service quality, amenities, and work location have a partial effect on user satisfaction. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation: Y = 0.539 + 0.192X1 + 0.189X2 + 0.545X3 + e From the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing user faction is a work location variable with a regression coefficient of 0.545 with an Adjusted R Square test of 0.604 or 60.4% which means that user satisfaction is influenced by service quality, amenities, and work location 60.4% and other factors that affect employee performance in addition to the factors studied are 39.6% Keywords : service quality, amenities, and work location
