Abstract
The main discussion in writing this paper is about the Implementation of the Public Transport Route Permit Procedure by the Transportation Service of Grobogan Regency. One of the obligations of public transport owners is to extend route permits that have expired. In order for this obligation to be carried out, the Grobogan Regency Transportation Service has a role in the implementation of the extension of the public transport route permit. As for the background of the problem that the author must solve, namely the implementation of the procedure for permitting public transport routes that are old or unfit for operation, which causes the route permit to be revoked/discontinued from operating again. The results of research in the field, that the Department of Transportation of Grobogan Regency acts as a service provider, supervising, evaluating and reporting. Based on data collection that was carried out during Land Practice (Prada), the author uses an empirical type of research with sociological juridical research methods. The result of the discussion of this paper is that the implementation of the route permit implementation by the Department of Transportation of Grobogan Regency will run smoothly without obstacles if each party can fulfill the established procedures.
