Abstract
Along with developments in the industrial and trade sectors, which have recently increased the flow of traffic in and out of goods into the territory of Indonesia. With the increase in the flow of goods entering the port area of each country, it will automatically increase the number of ships operating in Indonesian ports. In supporting all smooth activities at the port, there are business actors at the port, one of which is the PPJK Company. Regarding the role of PPJK PT. Berlian Transtar Abadi Logistics Surabaya in handling Naraya Soya's import documents, there are several related documents and obstacles that arise in the handling of this import document. PT. Berlian Transtar Abadi Logistics Surabaya which is a company engaged in logistics, especially in imports where PT. Berlian Transtar Abadi Logistics Surabaya will provide Customs management services. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out how to handle Naraya Soya's imported documents and find out what documents are needed, as well as the obstacles that exist in this activity. Writing this paper using the method of observation and interviews. The results of handling Naraya Soya's import documents by PT.Berlian Transtar Abadi Logistics Surabaya will run smoothly if each party can fulfill the established procedures.
