Abstract
The existence of Indonesian government regulations and the high number of work accidents, which encourage companies to oversee the Occupational Health and Safety program. Occupational Health and Safety Services Company assists the implementation of compliance in accordance with applicable regulations. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out and explain the activities of the inspection and testing flow and to find out what documents must be made by Occupational Health and Safety Services Company before carrying out the inspection and testing of the equipment that will carry out the inspection and testing. The method used in writing this paper uses the method of observation, interviews, and literature. In this case collecting data in the form of data on the object of observation, as well as a collection of documents and data related to inspection and testing activities. The conclusion from this discussion is that Occupational Health and Safety Services Company plays a very important role in reducing the risk of work accidents that can occur as a result of the labor and equipment used. Based on the discussion, it has been found that in inspection and testing activities, Occupational Health and Safety Services Company plays a very important role in Occupational Health and Safety in the company and in the industrial environment.
