Abstract

Performance of a company is determined by the condition and behavior of the employees of the company . The phenomenon that often happens is that a company 's performance has been so good can be tampered with , either directly or indirectly , by a variety of employee behavior that is difficult to prevent the occurrence . One form of such employee behavior is the desire to move ( turnover intention) that led to the employee 's decision to leave his job . With the high turnover rate at the company , will increasingly pose a variety of potential costs , both the cost of the training that has been invested on the employee , the level of performance that must be sacrificed , as well as recruitment and retraining costs . On the basis of the above reasons , the title is taken in this study : " Analysis of Effects of Job Satisfaction , and Organizational Commitment Organizational Justice Against Turnover At Artha Makmur Sejahtera Insurance Bringin Semarang " . The population in this study were all employees of Artha Makmur Sejahtera Insurance Bringin as many as 39 employees , sampling technique in this study was a census , with a total sample of 39 respondents . The type of data used is primary data by the method of data collection questionnaires . The analysis tool used is multiple regression . The results obtained in this study are : job satisfaction negatively affects turnover intention . This condition occurs because when employees are satisfied with the award for outstanding employees , compensation conformity with applicable regulations , working conditions , and working relationships with co-workers , it will decrease the turnover intention .
