Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an effect of Operational Equipment, and TKBM on loading and unloading productivity at Batu Ampar Port, Batam. The sample in this study amounted to 75 service user respondents, using non-probability sampling technique, namely incidental sampling. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results of the study by partially testing the t-test hypothesis showed that Operational Equipment, and TKBM have a positive and significant effect on loading and unloading productivity. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y= 0.106 + 0.376 X1 + 0.357 X2 + 0.256 X3 + . From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting the increase in the number of loading and unloading is the equipment variable with a regression coefficient of 0.376. And the R2 (R Square) test obtained results of 0.730 or 73% which means that loading and unloading productivity is influenced by operational equipment variables, and TKBM is 73% and other factors that affect loading and unloading productivity are 27% or 0.270% Keywords: Equipment, Operations, TKBM and Loading and Unloading Productivity
