Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the rates, corporate image, timeliness, and facilities affect the decision of passengers using the transportation service Shuttle Bus PO Sumber Alam department Semarang – Cilacap. The population used in this study were all passengers who have used Shuttle Bus PO Sumber Alam department Semarang – Cilacap. Samples used in this study of 100 respondents and the technique used is the technique of non probability sampling with accidental sampling approach (sampling by coincidence). The analysis method used is quantitative analysis of multiple linear regression analysis include: validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis testing through t test and f and the coefficient of determination (R2). The analysis is based on regression equation as follows : Y = 1,653 + 0,195 X1 + 0,161 X2 + 0,162 X3 + 0,384 X4 + µ Where the decision variables passenger (Y), variable rates (X1), variable corporate image (X2), variable timing (X3), and variable facilities (X4). Correlation coefficient of 0,772 in this study where the value of the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable is equal to 77,2%. Hypothesis testing using t test showed that the four independent variables are tariffs (X1), corporate image (X2), timeliness (X3), and facilities (X4) were examined proved to be positively and significantly affect the dependent variable is the decision of passenger. Then the test f knowable that variable rates, corporate image, timeliness, and facilities together equally significant effect on the passenger’s decision to count the results of 34,975 f > f table 2,47 with a significance level of 0,000. The test the coefficient of determination (R Square) adjusted R Square of 0,579 means that 57,9% of the variation dependent variable passenger decision can be explained by the independent variable rates, corporate image, timeliness, and facilities. While the remaining 42,7% is explained by reasons other than the variables researched. Keywords: Rates, Corporate Images, Timeliness, Facilities
