Abstract
Fisherman productivity is one of the problems that must be a concern at the Eretan Indramayu Fishery Port SATPEL which greatly affects the welfare of fishermen. This study aims to determine the productivity of fishermen in the Eretan Indramayu Fishery Port SATPEL and how to overcome the obstacles they face. This research was conducted at the SATPEL Eretan Indramayu Fishery Port. The data collection is done by using the technique of Observation, Dissemination of Questionnaires or questionnaires. From the results of this study itself aims to find out how far the factors that affect the productivity of fishermen at SATPEL Eretan Indramayu Fishery Port. Formulation of the problem, positive and significant research objectives individually between the independent variables, namely Human Resources, Fishing Time, Fishing Equipment on Fisherman Productivity. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study amounted to 100 fishermen respondents through a non-probability using quota sampling. The data technique is multiple linear regression technique with the results Y= 0.763+0.384 X1+0.206 X2+0.312X3+ From the results of the study there is a relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, hypothesis testing using t test shows that the three independent variables, namely human resources, are 0.384 (X1), fishing time of 0.206 (X2) and fishing gear of 0.312 (X3) which were investigated proved to have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of fishermen's productivity (Y) with the human resource variable having the highest influence than the other variables. in influencing the productivity of fishermen. In the f test, it can be seen that the significant value for the independent variable on the dependent variable is 0.000 <0.005 and the Fcount is 54.930> the Ftable 2.70. The coefficient of determination (R Squer) of 0.620 means that 62.0% of the dependent variable of fishermen's productivity can be explained by the independent variables of human resources, fishing time and fishing gear. While the remaining 38.0% is explained by other reasons outside the variables studied
