Abstract

This study aims to analysis and knowing of Service Quality, Responbbility and Accuracy of time to Decisions of Service User results Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang. This research was conducted on Decisions of Service User results Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang as a population. Data was collected through the methods of Observation, Literature Study, Interview, Documentation and Questionnaire. The analytical technique used is based on the results of research and multiple analysis with the help of the SPSS V.26 Here’s the result from research of regression Y = 0.547 + 0.391 X1, + 0.346 X2 + 0.213 X3 + μ the most dominant variable affecting the Service Quality (X1) with a regression coefficient of 0.391. With a coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) 0.697 or 69.7% which means that the Decisions of Service User results Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang is influenced by the variables of Service Quality, Responbbility and Accuracy of time which is 69.7% and other factors which affects the Decisions of Service User results Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang is 30.3%. The results of the study indicate that Service Quality, Responbbility and Accuracy of time have a positive and significant effect on the Decisions of Service User results Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang.
