Abstract

In this study, four research variables were analyzed: ticket prices, facilities, innovation and service quality, the variables influencing the dependent variable, namely the interest of users of the Solo Trans Batik Bus service in Surakarta City. The formulation of the problem, research objectives and hypotheses in this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables, namely: facilities, innovation and service quality on the dependent variable, namely the interest of users of the Solo Trans Batik Bus service in Surakarta City. In this study, the object taken is the user/customer of the Solo Trans Batik Bus transportation in the city of Surakarta. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique. Based on the results of research and data analysis, the regression equation is generated: Y = 0,610+ 0,198 X1 + 0,191 X2 + 0,532 X3 + µ The results of multiple linear regression equations indicate that there is a positive and There is a significant relationship between facilities and service user interest (t arithmetic value 2,339 > t tabel = 1,98498), The results of the multiple linear regression equation indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between innovation on service user interest (t arithmetic value = 2,325 > t table = 1,98498), The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality on service user interest (t count = 5,250 > t table = 1,98498) The coefficient of determination gets an Adjusted R square value of 0.602 with Thus 60,2% of users of Batik Solo Trans bus services are explained by these 3 variables, while the remaining 39,8% m is the influence of other variables that are not included in this study.
