Abstract

In this study, four research variables were analyzed: Perception of Convenience, Trust, Perception of Security, Perception of Benefits, Interest of E-Money Users as independent variables that influence the dependent variable, namely the interest of E-Money Bus Rapid Trans (BRT) users in Semarang. The formulation of the problem, research objectives and hypotheses in this study were to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between the independent variables, namely perceived convenience, trust, perceived security, perceived benefits, accessibility to the dependent variable, namely the interest of e-money users on Bus Rapid Trans ( BRT) Semarang. In this study, the objects taken were users of the Semarang Bus Rapid Trans (BRT) corridor II Terboyo – Sisemut, Ungaran. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who were users of the Semarang Bus Rapid Trans (BRT) corridor II Terboyo – Sisemut, Ungaran. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique and with statistical tools SPSS 25.0, based on the results of research and data analysis, the regression equation: Y = -1,735 + 0,256X1 + 0,247X2 + 0,291X3 + 0,335X4+ µ The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and partially significant effect between the perception of ease of having a significant effect on the interest of e-money users. (t count = 2.398 > t table = 1.66088), trust has a significant effect on user interest e. -money. (t count = 2.892 > t table = 1.66088), facilities on the decision to use services (t count = 3.442 > t table = 1.66088), the perception of security has a significant effect on the interest of e-money users. (t count = 4.802 > t table = 1.66088) perceived benefits have a significant effect on the interest of e-money users. while the coefficient of determination gets an Adjusted R square value of 0.619 or 61.9%. This means that the variables perceived convenience (X1), trust (X2), perceived security (X3), and perceived benefits (X4) have a contribution of 38.1% in influencing the interest of e-money users (Y). Meanwhile, other factors that influence the interest of e-money users (100%-61.9%) = 38.1% are explained by other reasons outside the model.
