Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of the world of marine transportation and the sophistication of technology that has led to the application of the inaportnet system so that the management of marine transportation needs can run fast, valid, transparent and standardized as well as minimal costs so that it can also increase the competitiveness of ports in Indonesia, the inaportnet system is also expected to be able encourage the performance of ship services at the port so that it can als o affect ship waiting time efficiency. This study aims to determine whether the document handling, the quality of information and the quality of human resources affect the ships waiting time efficiency at the Tanjung Intan Cilacap. The sample in this study amounted to 72 people with a non -probability sampling method with a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistic Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The results of the research with partial t - test testing show that quality The system has positive and insignificant effect ship waiting time efficiency, but the quality of information an d the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on ship waiting time. The results of the t-test show that document handling has partial positive effect the ship waiting time efficiency (t count = 2.622 <t table 1.99495), and shows that there is a partially positive influence between the quality of information and the ship waiting time efficiency (t count = 3.110 > t table 1.99495), the quality of human resources with ship waiting time efficiency (t count = 2.156 > t table 1.99495).
