Abstract

Traffic Accidents is one of the most prevalent problems in the world that require serious handling considering the losses it causes. If the road accident problem is not properly noticed, it is feared that there will be an increase in traffic accident number from year to year. The purpose of this research is analyze the influence between independent variable to dependent variable. With the population of all users of Jalan Bawen-Tuntang, Semarang District and taken as many as 100 respondents. With non-probability sampling technique of incidental sampling, data collection using questionnaires, data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis techniques including validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. From the result of research there is correlation between independent variable with dependent variable, hypothesis test using t test show that three independent variable that is rider behavior (X1), vehicle condition (X2), road condition (X3) studied proved to influence dependent variable that is traffic accident factor, with road condition variable (X3) has the highest influence from other variable in influencing traffic accident, on the determination coefficient test (R Square) Adjust R square value of 0.609 means 60.9% variation of the dependent variable of traffic accidents can be explained by independent variable rider behavior, vehicle condition, and road conditions. While the remaining 39.1% is explained by the causes other than the variables studied. Keywords : Drivers Behavior, Vehicle Condition, Road Condition, Traffic Accident
