Abstract
The demand for coal as an energy source continues to rise, which coincides with port loading and unloading activities. Loading and unloading activities are still not ideal, as they frequently do not follow a schedule. The goal of this study is to talk about how PT. Adhi Guna Putera Paiton Branch dismantles coal at the Special Terminal for PLTU Paiton in Probolinggo. This study employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, literature review, and documentation. The research findings include PT. Adhi Guna Putera Paiton Branch's loading and unloading of bulk coal at PLTU Paiton's special terminal, which includes the preparation of documents, equipment, manpower, planning for loading and unloading activities, and the completion of loading and unloading activities. Bill of lading, Cargo Manifest, COA, COW, Statement Of Fact, Time Sheet,Outturn Report, Draught Survey, Certificate of Origin, and certificate of delivery of goods by PT. Adhi Guna Putera Paiton branch. Ship unloader, grab, conveyor, wheel loader, slings are used in this activity. Natural or weather conditions, loading and unloading equipment factors, and Human Resources issues experienced by PT. Adhi Guna Putera Paiton branch in coal unloading at the PLTU Paiton Probolinggo Special Terminal The coal unloading procedure at the PT. Adhi Guna Putera Paiton branch is going smoothly, according to the SOP, which covers operational processes, ship arrival information, and coal unloading. Keywords : Demolition, Coal, PT.
