Abstract
This paper was created to obtain a more detailed description of the role of PT. Putra Agung Sedayu Logistics, especially in the field of logistics distribution, the process of shipping goods, supporting documents and related parties in the process of sending book assistance from the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia to the Kubu Raya Regency Education and Culture Office. In addition, the author also discusses the obstacles and ways to increase the effectiveness of company performance. For the data used, the authors use primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with document staff, operational staff and Mr. Haris Nurhadi. S.Tr.,M.M as the main director of the company PT. Putra Agung Sedayu Logistics. Meanwhile, secondarydata is obtained through regulations at the level of laws and government regulations, books, archives, and other sources. The data collection method used by the author is observation which sees directly the activities in the field during the Land Practice (PRADA) at PT. Putra Agung Sedayu Logistics. The results of the study can be concluded that this company is engaged in logistics which serves the delivery of goods and documents by land and air and collaborates with other parties to facilitate the process of shipping goods to Kubu Raya Regency.
