Abstract

Human resource management is a very important aspect. Therefore, human resource management must be carried out optimally to support individual, company, organizational, or institutional goals. There are several things that support individual employees to have good performance, one of which is work motivation, work rotation and career. The purpose of this paper is to determine whether motivation, work rotation, and career have a role in employee performance. The data collection method in this paper uses qualitative data types with primary and secondary data sources obtained through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. And the results obtained from this paper are that if the employee's work motivation increases, the employee's performance will increase as well. Job rotation has a significant impact on employee performance because it can increase knowledge in all kinds of work, make employees more useful, and also prevent boredom or boredom and decrease morale and work enthusiasm. Career development has a positive and significant influence on where the higher the career growth is carried out, the employee's performance will also increase. It is seen from more accomplished employees that career development will increase. So, employees look more at the work that excels so that career development increases compared to just motivation.
