Abstract

Management of ship arrivals and departures is an activity handled by the shipping company's operational department. The background of the problem in writing the paper is managing the arrival and departure of TB coal ships. True Virgo 27TK. Victoria I by PT. Ark Setia Semarang Branch. The purpose of this paper is to find out the process of the ship's arrival from the time the ship arrives at the port until the ship leaves for the destination port. In the process of collecting data to show the contents of the paper, the author uses several methods that are reviewed from the source, the author uses interviews, observations and document studies. The conclusion of this paper is that the author gains knowledge and insight regarding the handling of ship arrivals and departures so as to facilitate ship arrivals and departures.
