Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not the effect of convenience, service quality, and service innovation on GoBright application user satisfaction. The sample in this study amounted to 75 respondents using the GoBright application, using a non-probability sampling technique, namely quota sampling. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results of the study by partially testing the t-test hypothesis showed that convenience, service quality, and service innovation have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y= 0.790 + 0.472 X1 + 0.315 X2 + 0.150 X3 + . From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing the increase in user satisfaction is the convenience variable with a regression coefficient of 0.472. And the R2 (R Square) test obtained results of 0.727 or 72.7%, which means that user satisfaction is influenced by the variables of convenience, service quality, and service innovation which is 72.7% and other factors that influence passenger decisions are 27.8 % or 0.278 Keywords: Ease, Service Quality, Service Innovation and User Satisfaction
