Abstract

In response to transportation needs, loyalty become the basis that can influence consumer choices to choose various types of services that are currently developing. In an era of rapid development and population growth, people tend to choose fast and affordable transportation. society will demand perception of price, quality of service, trust and satisfaction so that service users are more careful in choosing everything that can be used as needed. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a partial effect of price perception, service quality, trust, and passenger satisfaction on the loyalty of passengers on the Dharmawangsa train at Semarang Tawang Station. In this research, the object taken is the passenger of the Dharmawangsa train at Tawang Station, Semarang, with a sample of 100 respondents. data sources include primary data and secondary data. By using the data analysis technique of multiple linear regression equations with the application tool SPSS IBM V.25 which produces a regression equation Shows that there is a positive and partially significant effect between price perception on passenger loyalty (thitung 4,014 > ttabel 1,985), service quality on passenger loyalty (thitung 2,820 > ttabel 1,985), trust on passenger loyalty (thitung 3,589 > ttabel 1,985), passenger satisfaction on passenger loyalty (thitung 3,208 > ttabel 1,985).The coefficient of determination gets an Rsquare value of 0,792 thus the remaining 79.2% 20.8 & (100%-79.2%) caused by other factors.
