Abstract
The main discussion in writing this paper was made to get a more detailed picture of the duties of PT Rimo Transport Expressindo Semarang in shipping and loading and unloading container activities. The problem that is loaded is the process of loading and unloading container activities in accordance with the procedure. The purpose of this observation is to find out the loading and unloading activities at PT Rimo Transport Expressindo Semarang in 2021 and the stages that are passed, the parties involved, the procedures used in loading and unloading activities, what tools are used in loading and unloading activities, the constraints experienced. another source. The results of this discussion can be concluded that PT Rimo Trasnsport Expressindo is engaged in shipping and loading and unloading containers where this company helps in managing the delivery of goods through land transportation modes with containers making it easier for customers in terms of shipping goods. Although in the activities of loading and unloading there are still several factors that become obstacles in the implementation, the company makes every effort to carry out the smooth process of loading and unloading to the fullest.
