Abstract

This research is aims to examine the effect of variable facility (X1), pilot ability (X2) and pilot Discipline (x3) to the variable customer satisfactory (Y). the object that taken in this study is the shipping agent and ship officers use the pilot services of Port of Tanjung Intan Cilacap 90 respondents. The data analysis is using Regression model tools SPSS Version 22.0 and the result is facility have positive and significant impact to customer satisfactory, pilot ability have positive and significant impact to the customer satisfactory, and pilot discipline have positive and significant impact to the customer satisfactory. The Output from variable facility, pilot ability and pilot discipline have impact on customer satisfactory with ammount 65,7% while the rest 34,3% influenced other variables outside the study.
