Abstract
In this research the background is increasing of passanger’s train and increasing the goods in 2014 than years ago. Cause that reason, PT. KAI (persero) DAOP 4 will repair. The purposive in this research to analysys increase SDM, motivation to and share knowledge to creativity of SDM in PT. KAI (persero) DAOP 4 Semarang. This research to know how far increase SDM, motivation and share knowladge to creativity SDM PT. KAI (persero) DAOP 4 Semarang, the problem, purpose and hypotesis is to analysis positif and significant effect with partial between independent’s variable. It is increase SDM, motivation and share knowledge to dependent’s variable, it is creatifity SDM PT.KAI (persero) DAOP 4 Semarang. In this research the object is staff of DAOP 4 Semarang. The dat are sourch primer and secunder data. The samples are 100 respons who staff of DAOP 4 Semarang with technic isidential sampling. The technic data’s analysa is regression linier. Based on result of research and analyisis regression get result :: Y = 1,139 + 0,466X1 + 0,244X2 + 0,282X3 + µ. The result of regression linier show that there are partial signification between increase SDM to creativity SDM in PT. KAI (persero) DAOP 4 Semarang (t account = 6,251 > t table = 1,98498), motivation to creativity SDM in PT. KAI (persero) DAOP 4 Semarang ( t account = 3,495 > t table 1,98498) and share knowladge to creativity SDM in PT. KAI (persero) DAOP 4 Semarang ( t account 4,118 > t table = 1,98498.
