Abstract
Equipment readiness is one of the most important parts in loading and unloading activities. Therefore, the readiness of the tool must be considered in carrying out loading and unloading activities. With the right time, the demolition will be carried out as quickly as possible. The impact of equipment readiness on loading and unloading must be considered before loading and unloading at the port, with this the implementation of loading and unloading can be carried out or not. The objectives to be achieved by the author in the preparation of this scientific paper are as follows: A. To find out what obstacles cause loading and unloading equipment is not available. B. To find out how the loading and unloading can be done with the specified time. C. To find out the cause of the delay in loading and unloading caused by lack of discipline in preparing tools. In writing a paper, the methodology of writing is an important factor for the success of the preparation of the paper. This relates to the method of collecting data, who the source is, and what tools are used.1. By looking at the completeness of loading and unloading equipment at Sluke Port, Rembang. So that loading and unloading activities will be carried out immediately, and loading and unloading activities will run smoothly so that these activities are completed on time. 2. In overcoming tools that are not available PT. Samudra Adhi Jaya will provide loading and unloading equipment by adding loading and unloading equipment at Sluke Port, Rembang. 3. In preparing loading and unloading equipment, before the ship docks at the port, the equipment must be ready to be used/operated, so that loading and unloading activities can be carried out quickly.
