Abstract
The development of the economy is very, very fast, with the sophistication of both technology and transportation from year to year. With the existence of Export and Import activities not far from the means of transportation. PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Regional, Central Java is a state-owned company engaged in service activities. The services provided are of various kinds, such as: container terminal services and provision, loading and unloading services or services, fuel filling and water supply services, and others. In it, the Import activities at the Terminal Petikemas Semarang of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Central Java Region, there are several applications that have important meanings in order to streamline Export and Import activities. Namely one of them is the webaccess application, this application plays an important role for the continuity of the operational activities of making Job Orders for Import activities. The purpose of writing this paper is to determine the use of webaccess applications for Import activities at Terminal Petikemas Semarang PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Regional Central Java. Writing this paper uses the method of observation and interviews. The results of using webaccess applications for service users to reduce time wasted during Import and Export activities.
