Abstract
PT. Bosowa Bandar Indonesia is a company that provides services in the field of loading and unloading, the unloading company of PT. Bosowa Bandar Indonesia Banyuwangi Branch is one of the branches in Banyuwangi City, and where the loading and unloading company is PT. Bosowa Bandar Indonesia has duties in the line of loading and unloading at a special port that serves loading and unloading services for MV. Navigator Aries with various loading and unloading processes carried out in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that has been set by the Company, the Data Collection Method used Collect by Observation and Interview Methods in Land Practice, with the results that can be obtained that employees of PT.
