Abstract

Employee performance is influenced by several factors such as, Work Motivation, Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment. Of the three have an important role in improving performance with satisfactory results. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not the influence of motivational factors Work, Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment to the performance of employees at PT. PELNI Semarang Branch, either partially or simultaneously. In this study the population of research is employees at PT. PELNI Semarang Branch with sampling with 45 respondents (sample). The variables of this research consist of: Independent Variables of Work Motivation (X1), Leadership Style (X2), and Organizational Commitment (X3) as well as Dependent Variables Employee Performance (Y). Data collection method used with Questionnaire method. Results Analysis with statistical tools SPSS v.22 program obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 0.962 + 0.319.X1 + 0.139.X2 + 0.587.X3 + μ. The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is positive and significant influence individually or partially between Work Motivation on employee performance (t count equal to 3,371> t table 2.01954), Leadership Style to Employee Performance (t count equal to 1,669> t table 2, 01954), Organizational Commitment (t count equal to 6,134> t table 2.01954), simultant Motivation factor, Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment have positive and significant influence equal to F value (43,057) bigger than F table (2,83 ).
