Abstract
Compensation is a reward that is given to employees as a reward for the contribution they provide to the company. Work environment is a very important part in the employee doing work activities. Workload is a set or a number of activities that must be completed by an organizational unit or holder of office Within a certain period of time. Position promotion is the improvement of a worker or an employee in a better field of duty. The technique used is non-probability sampling technique using saturated sampling (census). With a sample of 82 employees. Data processing by using SPSS v.22 which in though in 2017. The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is influence between independent variable individually to dependent variable while model accuracy test there is simultaneous influence between independent variable to dependent variable.
