Abstract

In this study analyzed five ariabel research facilities, services, comfort and convenience as independent variables that affect the dependent variable of interest to use. The formulation of the problem, the purpose of the research and the hypothesis in this research is to analyze the positive and significant influence of individual variables between the independent variables ie facilities, services, convenience and ease of interest variable using the Semarang - Bawen toll road of Central Java province. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. The sample in this research is 100 respondents who are the users of Semarang - Bawen Toll Road. Data analysis techniques are multiple linear regression techniques and with statistical tools SPSS, based on the results of research and analysis of data generated regression equation : Y = 2,568 + 0,268 X1 + 0,226 X2 + 0,216 X3 + 0,148 X4 + µ The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is postive and partially significant influence between the facility on the interest of using (tcount=3.229>ttable = 1,985), Service to interest use (t count = 2,624> t table = 1,985) (tcount = 3.037> t table = 1.985), and ease of use (t count = 2.139> t table = 1.985) while the coefficient of determination to get the value of R square of 0.528, thus 52.8% interest in using the Toll Road Semarang Bawen explained by 4 variables, while the remaining 47.2% is the effect of other variables that are not included in this study.
