Abstract

accepted. regency. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The samples in this research are 71 respondents of employees of Transportation Department of Sragen Regency. Data collection is done by observation method, Library Study, Interview, Documentation, and Questionnaire. Data analysis technique is doubled In this study has a purpose to know the analysis of factors that affect employee performance at the Department of Transportation Sragen regency. In this study the object taken is an employee at the Department of Transportation Sragen linear regression technique by first tested through questionnaire test (validity and reliability) and test of classical assumption (normality, heterokedastisitas, multikolinearitas and autokorelasi). Results of analysis with statistical tools SPSS V.23 program obtained multiple linear regression equation: Y = 0.725 + 0.346.X1 + 0.292.X2 + 0.433.X3 + μ The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that Working Variable (X1) has tcount 4,374 and ttable equal to 1,66792 hence, H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. Job Stress Variable (X2) has tcount equal to 4,080 and ttable equal to 1,66792 hence, H0 refused and Ha accepted. Variables Conflict of family work (X3) has tcount of 5,579 and ttabel equal to 1,66792 hence H0 refused and Ha Keywords: Workload, Working Stress, Working Family Conflicts, Employee Performance.
