Abstract

Customer satisfaction is influenced by several factors diantanranya Quality of service, ticket prices and promotion. Of the three have an important role in improving Customer Satisfaction with satisfactory results. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not the influence factor Quality of service, ticket prices and promotion of Customer Satisfaction at Ship (KMC) Kartini I either partially or simultaneously. In this research, the research population is the customer of Ship (KMC) Kartini I with sampling with the number of 100 respondents (samples). Variables of this research consist of: Independent variable Quality of service (X1), Ticket price (X2), and Promotion (X3) and Variable bound Customer Satisfaction (Y). Data collection method used by Questionnaire method. Results Analysis with statistical tools SPSS v.22 program obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 2.058 + 0.275.X1 + 0.314.X2 + 0.185.X3 + μ. The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is positive and significant influence individually or partially between service quality to employee performance (t count 3,551> t table 1,98498), ticket price to Employee Performance (t count 4,511> t table 1,98498) , Promotion (t count 2,394> t table 1,98498), simultaneous factor Quality of service, ticket price and promotion have positive and significant influence to customer satisfaction of F count 36,659> F table2.70.
