Abstract
In this research, it is analyzed by three variables of Service Research, Tariff of loading / unloading and Stacking Facilities as Independent variable affecting Dependent variable that is Interest of Service User. The formulation of the problem, the purpose of research and hypothesis in this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between independent variables namely: Service, tariff loading / unloading and Facilities Stacking to the dependent variable that Interest Users Service. In this study the object taken is the employee of the division of opreasi and the Company's service users loading and unloading in PT (Persero) Pealbuhan Indonesia III branch of Tanjung Emas Semarang.Teknik data analysis is multiple linear regression techniques. Based on the results of research and analysis of data generated regression equation: Y = 0.609 + 0.271 X1 + 0.367 X2 + 0.295 X3 + μ The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is a positive and significant influence partially between Service to Interest of Service User (t value count 2,687> t value table 2,0032). The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is positive and significant influence Between tariff loading / unloading to User Service Interest (value t arithmetic = 3.294> t table = 2.0032), The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is a positive and significant influence between the Stacking Facility to User Service Interest (t value = 2,445> t Table = 2,0032), Coefficient of determination to get value Adjusted R square equal to 0,599 thus 59.9% Interest Users Service explained by 3 variables, while the remaining 40.1% is the influence of other variables not included in this study.
