Abstract
The process that occurs during loading and unloading and the equipment used is also what obstacles occur as well as solutions to these obstacles so that raw sugar loading and unloading services at PT. Delta Artha Bahari can run optimally. Aims to improve the performance of loading and unloading service providers so that companies are more effective and agile in overcoming obstacles that occur when loading and unloading is carried out, so that loading and unloading activities can occur optimally. The method that observers use is a method of directly observing the situation in the field. Then conducted interviews with several parties related to loading and unloading and literature study methods, namely by reviewing records and reports related to loading and unloading with relevant sources.
