Abstract
Shipping is everything related to transportation in waters, ports, as well as security and safety. Broadly speaking, shipping is divided into two, namely Commercial Shipping related to commercial activities and Non-Commercial Shipping related to non-commercial activities, such as government and state defense.Biosolar itself is carried out by the Sailing Safety, Guard and Patrol Division as an authorized government official. The purpose of supervision is to find out which parties are involved in handling hazardous cargo at the Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang, what are the duties and responsibilities of the guard, patrol and investigation sections in terms of supervising the loading and unloading of Biosolar, so that there is no oil pollution in the deep sea. biodiesel loading and unloading process at the port. This observation uses field study, observation, discussion or interview methods and from literature study. The result of this observation is the process of supervising the loading and unloading of dangerous cargo at Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang, there are several parties involved in order to smooth the system and procedures for handling loading and unloading of hazardous cargo at the port so that it is carried out in an orderly, orderly manner and creates a smooth operation, namely PT. Tri Karya Wiguna , PT. Pelindo, KSOP Class I Tanjung Emas Semarang. The Guard, Patrol and Investigation Section has the task of guarding, securing, securing and supervising special loading and unloading activities, dangerous goods, refueling and waste of hazardous and toxic materials. Efforts to prevent oil spills from unloading fuel oil (BBM)/biosolar on the ARS 09 Self Propelled Oil Barge (SPOB) must carry out the dismantling according to existing procedures.
