Abstract
This study aims determine the effect of pice, service quality, and fasilities partially on satisfaction of Harina executive train in the Semarang Tawang-Bandung relation. The population in the study were Harina executive train in the Semarang Tawang –Bandung relation with a sample of 100 respondens. The sampling techniqueused is nonprobability sampling with a type of sampling that is sampling purposive. The analytical method used is descriptive analisis and quantitative analisis, the data were analyzed using a linier regression analisis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the variable price, service quality, and facilities have a partial effect on satisfaction of Harina executive train in the Semarang Tawang-Bandung relation. The result of multiple linier regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 1,674 + 0,188X1 + 0,310X2 + 0,414X3 + µ. From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable passengers satisfaction congrstion is the variable facilities with a regression coefficient of 0,414. With the R2 (R Square) test the result are 0,546 or 54,6%, which maens that the satisfaction of Harina execitive train in the Semarang Tawang –Bandung relation are effected by variable price, service quality, and facilities, which is 54,6% and other factor which affects the satisfaction of Harina execituve train in the Semarang Tawang-Bandung relation is 45,4%.
