Abstract
The development of the business world causes the emergence of new companies so that business competition becomes increasingly fierce. To face this competition, timely delivery of goods is very important. However, the performance of PT. Global Transportation Nusantara in this regard has not been achieved properly. For example, the delivery process, goods that have been ordered by customers will be carried out in two weeks, often the company sends them more than the promised time. This is due to several factors that become obstacles in the process of shipping goods to customers. This study uses data collection methods in the form of observations carried out directly in the field, literature study, documentation and questionnaire methods. In this study, the author uses qualitative and quantitative data analysis, where the statistics found in the study are described or described as they are, then presented in the form of numbers which are then interpreted in a description. It shows that, based on empirical data (the results of filling out the questionnaire) and the results of multiple linear regression, it shows that the HR Ability variable (X1) has a positive influence on the Accuracy of Imported Goods Delivery, where the value of tcount is 2.156 > ttable 1.9876. Motivation variable (X2) has a positive influence on the Accuracy of Imported Goods Delivery where the value of tcount is 3.099 > ttable 1.9876. The Document Processing Process Variable (X3) also has a positive influence on the Accuracy of Imported Goods Delivery having a tcount of 3.729 > ttable of 1.9876. Thus, the results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between HR Capability, Motivation, Document Management Process on the Accuracy of Imported Goods Delivery.
