Abstract

Employee performance is the result or performance of employees who assessed in terms of quality and quantity based on work standards determined by the organization. purpose of research and hypothesis in this research is to analyze influence between independent variable that is work environment, motivation, leadership style and discipline to dependent variable that is employee performance. In this research object taken is employees of PT. Dhana Persada Manunggal. Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this research is 60 respondents which is karayawan PT. Dhana Persada Manunggal The technique used is a non-probability sampling technique with incidental sampling, which is a sampling technique based on chance. Data analysis technique is doubled linear regression technique. Based on the result of research and multiple analysis, Y = 0.963 + 0.289 X1 + 0.283 X2 + 0.340 X3 + 0.199 X4 + μ The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is partially positive effect between work environment on employee performance (t count 2,366> t table 2,004), motivation to employee performance (t count 2,320> t table 2,004), leadership style to employee performance count 3,489> t table 2,004) and discipline to employee performance (t count 2,277> t table 2,004). As for the value of Adjusted R2 = 0.555 This means that 55.5% of the dependent variable variation (Y) is the employee performance can be explained / caused by independent variables ie work environment (X1), motivation (X2), leadership style (X3), and discipline (X4). While the remaining 100% - 55.5% = 44.5%, explained by other causes beyond the variables studied. Keywords: Employee Performance, Work Environment, Motivation, Leadership Style, Discipline.
