Abstract
Sea fishing is one of the most dangerous jobs in the world. The fishing seafarers' professions have the characteristics of "3d" jobs: Hazardous, dirty, and difficult with all three properties of the work plus the relatively small vessel size factor in weather conditions and larger ocean waves The higher the accident rate of fishing vessels. By looking at the existing problems, this research is directed to analyze what factors can improve the cruise ship safety level, by analyzing the factors that affect the safety of cruise ship, through the resources of crew, safety equipment, The role of syahbandar, the role of SBNP on the safety of cruise ship fishing. This research was conducted at Fishery Seaport of Bajomulyo, Juwana, The sample in this research is 71 respondents and the technique used is non-probability sampling technique with Incidental Sampling, which is a sampling technique based on chance, that is the skipper or crew member who docked at Juwana port. Data collection is done through observation method, interview, literature study, questionnaire, documentation. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS V.23 program. The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is a partial positive effect between the ship's crew resources on the safety of the fishing vessel ship (tcount 3.269> ttable 1.9965), safety tools for the safety of cruise ships (tcount 2,400> ttable 1.9965), the role of shahbandar to the safety of fishing vessels (tcount 3,665> ttable1.9965) and the role of SBNP on the safety of cruise ships (tcount2.043> ttable 1.9965).
