Abstract
The main discussion in writing this paper is about the process of serving passenger ships from the arrival of the KMP ship. The main ocean by PT. sadena marine partners at the LCM Ketapang pier, Banyuwangi, East Java. The main problem that must be solved is the passenger ship service carried out by KMP. The main ocean owned by PT. Sadena is a maritime partner who works at the LCM dock which is managed by the ASDP Indonesia ferry which handles the ferry. As for the written work, it is nothing but knowing how the process of loading to departure. In this paper, the author uses qualitative research methods, because the data obtained will be in the form of information described by data sources. From the results of research on handling the loading and unloading process, vehicles often experience problems such as erratic weather at the port of LCM Ketapang.
