Abstract
An Analysis Of The Decision To Purchasing Tickets To Passengers Km.Binaiya Majors Semarang-Sampit ( A Study Of Pt Pelni The Branch Of Semarang ) A Thesis To Finish Even A Degree Program ( An Undergraduate Degree ) Management Majors Transport Stimart “Amni” STEVEN TANDRIS / 1301.12.098 PROGRAM UNDERGRADUATE STUDIES I MANAGEMENT TRANSPORT , HIGH SCHOOL MARITIME AND TRANSPORT “AMNI” THESIS MARCH 2017 This research has objective to know analysis decision the ticket sale to passengers KM BINAIYA of Semarang - Sampit (Study in PT. Pelni the branch Semarang). The study is done at the Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang in the sample. The data collection done was done through a method of observation, the literature study, interview, documentation and the questionnaire. Technique the analysis used is linear regression multiple with program assistance SPSS V.22. Based on the results of research and analysis produced equation worship of idols: Y = 1,944 + 0,327 X1 + 0,340 X2 + 0,188 X3 + μ Shows that, based on fact empirical (in the filling out of the questionnaires and the results of linear regression multiple that the variable the quality of services thitung of 3,801 and ttabel of 1,948498 so , H0 were rejected and Ha accepted. Variable the ticket price thitung of 3,450 and ttabel of 1,948498 so , H0 were rejected and Ha accepted. Variable promotion thitung of 2,023 and ttabel of 1,948498 so , H0 were rejected and Ha accepted. As a result research shows the quality of services , the ticket price and promotion have had a positive impact and significant impact on the ticket sale to passengers KM Binaiya of Semarang - Sampit (Study in PT.
