Abstract

In this study, five research variables were analyzed: motivation, discipline, loyalty and integrity as independent variables that affect the dependent variable, namely the achievement of the vision and mission. The formulation of the problem, research objectives and hypotheses in this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence between the independent variables, namely motivation, discipline, loyalty and integrity on the dependent variable, namely the achievement of vision and mission. In this study, the objects taken were employees of PT. Port of Indonesia III (Persero) Tanjung Emas Semarang branch (passenger terminal). Data sources include primary and secondary data. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who are employees of PT. Port of Indonesia III (Persero) Tanjung Emas Semarang branch (passenger terminal). The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique and with statistical tools SPSS 25.0, based on the results of research and data analysis, the regression equation is generated: Y = -1.367 + 0.203X1 + 0.281X2 + 0.331X3 + 0.295X4 + The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and partially significant effect between motivation on achieving the vision and mission (t count = 3,226 > t table = 1.9825), discipline on the achievement of the vision and mission (t count = 3.966 > t table = 1 .9825), loyalty to the achievement of the vision and mission (t count = 4.860 > t table = 1.9825) and integrity to the achievement of the vision and mission (t count = 4.930 > t table = 1.9825) while the coefficient of determination gets an R square value of 0.724 thus 72.4% of the dependent variable variation (Y) in achieving the vision and mission can be explained or caused by independent variables, namely motivation (X1), discipline (X2), loyalty (X3) and integrity (X4) while the remaining 27.6% is the influence of other variables. which were not included in this study. Keywords: Motivation, Discipline, Loyalty, Integrity towards the achievement of the vision and mission.
