Abstract

PT Atosim Lampung Pelayaran is a company engaged in the field of sea transportation services for vehicles and passengers. many agencies involved in the process of ship operations are Syahbandar, Port Health and Quarantine, Vessel Traffic Service (VTS), and PT Pelindo. Then in the process of arranging documents must pay attention to several things so that the maximum service is to complete the documents for handling ships and there are also many obstacles and constraints that occur during ship operations. Based on the description above, the penusus tries to examine deeper so that the written work with the title "KM Ship Operational Processes Mutiara Sentosa II Owned by PT Atosim Lampung Pelayaran Semarang Branch in The Port of Tanjung Emas Semarang. This writing aims to determine the operational processes of ships in the Port of Tanjung Emas in Semarang. Described the theories that support and relate to this paper, which is sourced from references both from books and other sub-sources that can add information and insight. This writing uses the method of observation, interview, survey, and documentation. The result of this writing is the operational process of KM Ships Mutiara Sentosa II has been well compiled regarding agencies, documents, and the obstacles and constraints that are often faced. Based on the formulation of the problem and the results of the study it can be concluded that in the operation of the ship many agencies are involved in it and require the completeness of documents so that the ship can operate.
