Abstract
In this study the background of the need for a higher means of transportation, and the need for public vehicles and private vehicles from the ever increasing period of service. Thus emerged a problem regarding the means of infrastructure needed to mancapai effective and efficient life in everyday life. Passenger satisfaction can be said satisfied if a company improve the quality of service, facilities and security. This research itself aims to know how far the quality of service (X1), facility (X2) and security (X3) to passenger satisfaction (Y) Terminal Gagak Rimang Blora. The formulation of the problem, the purpose of the study and the hypothesis in this study is to analyze the positive and significant influence individually between independent variables ie Quality of Service, Facilities and Security to Dependent variable that is Passenger Satisfaction. In this research object taken is Terminal Gagak Rimang Blora. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. The sample in this research is 100 respondents who are passengers / users of Terminal Gagak Rimang Blora service through nonprobability sampling technique that is by using the sampling of insidential or sample determination technique by chance. Data analysis technique is doubled linear regression technique. Based on the result of the research and the multiple analysis, the equation: Y = 1,139 + 0,416 X1 + 0,229 X2 + 0,280 X3 + μ. The result of multiple linear regression equation shows that there is positive and significant influence between the quality of pelayana to passenger satisfaction (t count = 6,251> t table = 1,985), Facility to passenger satisfaction (t count = 3,495> t table = 1,985) Security to passenger satisfaction (t count = 4.118> t table = 1.985). The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the correlation value R = 0.733. This means that variables Quality Service, Facilities and Security updated 73.3% to Passenger Satisfaction and 26.7% influenced by undetectable research variables in this study.
