Abstract

The safety of Joglosemarkerto train passengers is influenced by several factors including Service Quality, Health and Facilities. Of the three, have an important role in improving passenger safety with satisfactory results. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is quality of service, health and facilities on the safety of joglosemarkerto train passengers. In this study, the research population was the passengers of the Joglosemarkerto train in the city of Semarang by taking a sample system with a total of 100 respondents (samples). The variables in the study consisted of: Service Quality Variable (X1), Health (X2), Facilities (X3) and the dependent variable was Train Passenger Safety (Y). The data collection method used is the questionnaire method. The results of the analysis with statistical tools SPSS V.26 program obtained multiple linear regression equation Y= 4,865 + 0,133 X1 + 0,516 X2 + 0,014 X3 + miu . The results of the multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive and significant effect between the quality of service on passenger safety (t count 2,011 > t table 1,98472), health on passenger safety (t count 7,202 > t table 1,98472) and facilities on safety passengers (t count 1,990 > t table 1.98472). Individually Quality of Service, Health and Facilities affect the Safety of Passengers of the Joglosemarkerto Railway. The influence of the three research variables is very strong with a coefficient value (R Square) obtained of 55.4% on Passenger Safety and 44.6% is influenced by variables that are not detected in this study.
