Abstract
This research was motivated by the delay in the receiving and delivery process at the port of Tenau Kupang. PT. Pelindo III is one of the service companies engaged in land and sea transportation with categories that serve several domestic and international import-export processes. This study aims to determine the problem of obstacles in small-scale loading and unloading, namely receiving and delivery at the Tenau Kupang port of PT. Pelindo III East Nusa Tenggara. The population in this study were service users of PT. Pelindo III with a total sample of 100 service users with the sampling technique used is saturated sampling. This type of research is descriptive quantitative using the population as a sample for testing. The data analysis technique used is validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and goodness of fit of a model which includes t statistic test, F statistic test and coefficient of determination (R2). From the analysis obtained multiple linear regression analysis with the equation: Y =0,373 +0,178X1+0,196X2+0,567X3+µ Where the variables of acceptance and delivery (Y), loading and unloading equipment (X1), employee performance (X2) and operations (X3) were tested using the t test, showing that the three variables partially have a significant effect on increasing acceptance and delivery as a variable. Then the F test shows that the variables of service quality, facilities and ticket prices simultaneously have a significant effect on passenger decisions. The Adjusted R Square figure of 0.561 indicates that 56.1 percent of the decision variables can be explained by the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 43.9 percent is explained by other variables outside the third variable used in this study.
